Booking Deposit
A booking deposit of a £10 is taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable. You have 48 hours to reschedule or cancel your appointment to keep your deposit for future appointments. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be non-transferrable.
Booking Amendments
A minimum of 48 hours notice to amend your appointment, a rescheduling date and time of next booking if required at the time of rescheduling or loss of deposit.
Bookings can only be rescheduled once.
Arrive on time
Give yourself plenty of time to get to your appointment. Allowing you to get your bearings, decompress and relax.
Lateness will limit the time of your service. Unexpected events can happen so please call 07411859606 if you are likely to be delayed.
The original service charge will still apply.
Respect the property
Politely request to be respectful towards the property and treatment.
This is a residential home.
No Shows
When genuine events arise which result in a ‘No Show’ and you would like to rebook a full Payment of the outstanding balance of the missed service is required, along with a full pre-payment for your next service.
Personal Safety
There are security protocols in place for the safety of the therapist and the client. If the therapist should not feel comfortable they will respectively decline delivering the service.
